Nina started her Yoga journey over 8 years ago due to a serious accident that almost left her with permanent life threatening injuries. Due to the power and strength of Yoga she was able to make a full recovery and has been teaching Yoga for the past 4 years.  She is very devoted to encourage and uplift others to find the “ Now Experience” of their mind/body union. “Yoga” is a process rather than a goal. 

Her warm smile and caring nature reflects in her class, which allows her students to discovery their physical and mental needs from their everyday hectic lifestyles. Nina’s positive attitude, enthusiasm and dedication to her work, family, and self are her reality. She has a passion for learning and is always seeking new opportunities to stay healthy, happy and live life to it’s fullest.

 Hatha Yoga Mondays:  Using poses (sustained stretches) and breathing awareness, this class will re-align your body, bringing skeleton, muscles, and internal organs back into balance.  This can fight fatigue, lower blood pressure, reduce asthma attacks, alleviate muscle strain, prevent injuries, lubricate joints, decrease insomnia, and combat depression. Yoga is the ultimate full body tune up! For all ages, male, female, and fitness levels. See you all there!

 Prenatal Hatha Yoga Mondays: Same as above for the regular Hatha Yoga. In addition, physical and mental exercise during pregnancy is to keep you in shape, stabilize, and strengthen certain muscle groups. As well as, increase your oxygen supply to your blood stream, which leads directly to the baby. This class will give you the best possible pregnancy and delivery, whatever your circumstances, and provide a positive environment for your growing child, right from the start. Come along and join other Moms or Moms to be for a beautiful time in your life. All trimesters’ welcome! Please bring a pillow or 2 for comfort during the relaxation period.
