Pilates on the Reformer

An excellent way to exercise (and fun!), there is nothing quite like working out on a Pilates Reformer. The springs add resistance and assistance to better isolate the muscles you want to focus on to get them long and lean.
Classes are 60 minutes long and have a maximum of 4 people per class to better give the clients more personalized attention. These classes are almost exclusively on the reformer and tower but we do use some other pieces of equipment.
