Pilates on the Reformer

An excellent way to exercise (and fun!), there is nothing quite like working out on a Pilates Reformer. The springs add resistance and assistance to better isolate the muscles you want to focus on to get them long and lean.
Classes are 60 minutes long and have a maximum of 4 people per class to better give the clients more personalized attention. These classes are almost exclusively on the reformer or other pieces of equipment.
 

Mat Classes


For those of you on the go and need a "pick me up" in the middle of your day, our express mat class is perfect for you! Get an hours worth of exercise in 45 minutes! There is room for 6 people per class for more personalized attention so e-mail at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your spot!

Also, we are now taking reservations for our next 8 week beginner/intermidiate mat course on Saturdays beginning May15th. This is an excellent way to get a great workout, understand the fundamentals of Pilates exercises to better your workout experience and kick off swimsuit season! There are only 4 people per class and they fill up quickly!!!! To reserve your spot at either 9:00am or 10:15am, e-mail Lesley at lesleys1@live.com
