Pilates on the Reformer
An excellent way to exercise (and fun!), there is nothing quite like working out on a Pilates Reformer. The springs add resistance and assistance to better isolate the muscles you want to focus on to get them long and lean.
Classes are 60 minutes long and have a maximum of 4 people per class to better give the clients more personalized attention. These classes are almost exclusively on the reformer or other pieces of equipment.
Circuit Class
This class is availble Friday mornings at 9:00am and can take up to 8 students at once. We use the reformer, mat, tower, chair and barrel. It's a great class and times flies when you are moving from station to station! Circuit classes are for the more experienced student.
